In many cases when people are buying from high street jewellers, there have been complications with rings. It could be that the finger size or width of the ring is not quite right. Re-sizing a ring can take up to 8 further weeks for which a charge is usually made. There may be problems when it comes to deciding a type of precious metal, or colour. This can be as important as the design of the rings themselves. It has also been found that once the purchase of the ring has been made, customer service stops. . This is where we are different.
We realise the importance of your wedding rings, which is why, as a jewellers, we have chosen to put all our expertise into this genre. We offer a complete customer service with a craftsman of over 15 years experience as a goldsmith. We will be able to assist you with the decisions you will need to make, such as the design, the precious metal i.e. yellow or white gold, 9ct, 18ct or platinum. We are able to help when it comes to rings that need to be shaped around engagement rings. We can advise on all different aspects of your wedding rings.
Our after sales care is exemplary. We offer FREE sizing for both rings if needed, taking up to only one week. If you have problems with your rings of any kind, we will be on hand to help.
You will have over 300 designs to choose from on our website or in the comfort of our new studio (by appointment only - so we are able to give you our complete and full attention). Remember that once the wedding day is over you will have your memories, you will have each other and that all important ring for life.
